摘要: We review recent developments in reliability or survival analysis. consider various models for the time to failure time, by a law on IR + that may depend one more factors. Inhomogeneity is taken into account way of frailty models. The presence censoring and truncation general type, complex than usual simple case right censoring, induced most these topics. In clusters items families patients implying possible dependence between multiple times, shared hierarchical dependency are considered.
