摘要: Abstract In this study, we assessed the fibrinogen and albumin adsorption performance of Ni-free Zr-based (Zr53Cu33Al9Ta5) thin-film metallic glass (TFMG). Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) system fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to obtain protein measurements, using two different substrates (QCM glass). Test samples fabricated by coating both with TFMG Ti (widely in implants) for comparison. dynamic QCM as well static tests, achieved a lower ratio. The also exhibited high hydrophobicity (water contact angle 96°) low surface roughness 1.06 nm free energy 35.3 mN/m. This is clear demonstration excellent hemocompatibility TFMG.
