摘要: The present invention provides a new approach, quantitative Nuclease Protection Sequencing (qNPS™), for addressing several challenges that face sequencing and which improvements research diagnostic applications. method uses lysis-only nuclease protection assay to generate nucleic acid, e.g., DNA probes sequencing, can be coupled gene-specific tags permit the identification of gene without necessitating probe itself and/or experiment-specific whereby samples from different patients combined into single run. disclosed qNPS makes fixed or insoluble possible affordable as discovery tool test.
