摘要: Over the past years, installations of Shallow Geothermal Energy (SGE) systems are increasing throughout Europe, and it is indicating that a specific detailed legal framework necessary. Towards this direction, paper consists an overview legislation issues on SGE at European level, based concise reviews from fourteen countries, i.e., Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey. Said discuss key national as well experts’ experience in procedure integration. Legal technical also critically discussed for all involved both individually collectively. Findings show high diversity exists provisions regulations, standards, institutional support amongst countries. The latter acts effective barrier further development market; therefore need common approach. Increase awareness, standardization, improvement framework, administration procedures permitting, essential steps moving forward supporting effectiveness design, construction, maintenance, operation systems.
