摘要: Static magnetic susceptibility and ESR studies of 1:1 1:2 charge-transfer complexes naphthaceno-[5,6-cd:11,12-c′d′]bis[1,2]dithiole 2,2′-(2,5-cyclohexadiene-1,4-diylidene)bis(propanedinitrile) [(TTT)(TCNQ) (TTT)(TCNQ)2] in the temperature region 2–310 K are described. (TTT)(TCNQ)2 exhibits a dependent spin susceptibility, while (TTT)(TCNQ) is almost independent temperature. Spin susceptibilities TTT TCNQ chains, which evaluated with g-value decomposition technique, interpreted terms one-dimensional Hubbard model. In both complexes, on-site Coulomb repulsion comparable or larger than band width on chains smaller chains. Two phase transitions observed (TTT)(TCNQ)2. The transition driven each chain independently by Peierls instability. amount charge transfer determined to be 0.73±0.05 from an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic study.
