摘要: Overlapped electrodes of an electrical component are dimensioned in such a way that when there is translational displacement one electrode relation to the situated opposite, their area overlap remains within manufacturing tolerance β/2, and also constant limits simultaneous rotation with respect another. This achieved intersecting edge pairs overlapping designed parallel another, whereby length, measured direction respective pair, corresponding everywhere exceeds by β length overlap.
