摘要: A vehicle on-board electric power system is disclosed including at least one field-effect-controlled transistor which applies a supply voltage VBB to load when actuated by logic circuit. The has drain-source breakdown VDS with positive temperature coefficient TKDS and provided clamping means for protecting against overvoltages VO occurring in the system. VCLAMP TKCLAMP≈TKDS, being lower than or equal an anticipated maximum overvoltage VOmax
