摘要: The invention provides an apparatus for maintaining a closed continuous anhydrous system automated polynucleotide synthesis, having a) plurality of moisture-resistant reagent containers, b) dry box capable forming seal over synthesis platform synthesizer, c) tubing connecting the containers to box, d) gas feed gas, where pressurizes and e) digital regulator connected feed, maintains constant pressure in containers.
