摘要: A novel approach to realizing efficient high-performance power converters is presented. The concept of a resonant DC link inverter has been proposed and realized with the addition only one small inductor capacitor conventional voltage source circuit. technology capable switching almost an order magnitude faster than state-of-the-art inverters at significantly improved efficiencies using same family devices. topology especially suitable for high-power applications gate turn-off 4.5 kW fabricated tested extensively in laboratory, superior characteristics have verified. >
