摘要: This study compares four sample dissolution methods for Boron determination in two National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) botanical Reference Materials (SRMs) three Agriculture Canada/NIST RMs, each having a reference (certified or best estimate) B concentration. The treatments consisted of: 1) dry ashing at 500° C, 2) wet digestion with HNO3 + H2O2, 3) extraction hot 4) closed vessel microwave dissolution. samples were spiked before after imposing to recovery by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric (ICP-MS) analysis. Microwave digests NIST SRM 1515 some in-house RMs also used compare the values ICP-MS ICP-AES (atomic emission spectrometry). While all (dry ashing, microwave) dissolved samples, only method worked well animal tissues. In terms these materials, there was no significant difference among treatments. Near 100% indicates that may not be loss during process this study. Extraction as effective treatments, agreed values. For materials studied, determined significantly different from shows simple, time labor efficient is other digestion/dissolution quantitative biological materials.
