摘要: Abstract Coenzyme Q (ubiquinone) can be efficiently removed from lyophilized mitochondria by extraction with pentane. The extracted oxidize neither DPNH nor succinate. Both oxidative activities specifically restored, however, addition of coenzyme Q10, in the presence added mitochondrial phospholipids and cytochrome c. restored DPNH-oxidase activity is fully sensitive to classical respiratory chain inhibitors, rotenone, antimycin A, KCN.
