摘要: The information spectrum approach gives general formulae for optimal rates of various theoretic protocols, under minimal assumptions on the nature sources, channels and entanglement resources involved. This paper culminates in derivation dense coding capacity a noiseless quantum channel, assisted by arbitrary shared entanglement, using this approach. We also review currently known theorems, their converses, protocols such as data compression sources transmission classical through channels. In addition, we derive rate mixed source
