摘要: El sindrome aortico agudo (SAA) incluye una serie de entidades clinicas diferentes entre las que se incluyen la diseccion aortica clasica (DAC), el hematoma intramural (HI) y ulcera penetrante (UPA). Todos ellos tienen en comun, ademas del caracter su presentacion clinica, extrema gravedad pueden conllevar distinto pronostico abordaje terapeutico dependiendo localizacion anatomica. Ademas, estos cuadros estan relacionados etiologia e incluso evolucionar unos a otros. Hemos incluido SAA rotura traumatica aorta (RT A), que, si bien tiene diferencias marcadas cuanto cuadro, es indudablemente enfermedad aguda muy grave aorta.
