摘要: Abstract Large single crystals of Y 0.57 La 0.72 Sc 2.71 (BO 3 ) 4 have been grown by a top-seeded high-temperature solution method. The high-energy optical absorption edge for polished pieces was found to be at wavelength 190 nm. Sellmeier equations the dispersion in refractive indices were determined on basis curve fitting data obtained method minimum deviation. From modeling and measurements powders, nonlinear coefficient d 11 has 1.35 pm/V.
