摘要: The capability of silver nanoparticles (SNP) as redox tag in the construction an electrochemical aptasensor for detection adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is investigated present manuscript. To construct aptasensor, a well-known ATP binding aptamer (ABA) splits into two segments. first amino-labeled segment was covalently immobilized on 3-mercaptopropionic acid modified gold electrode surface by formation carbodiimide bond. second SNPs and associated with presence ATP. direct oxidation signal followed analytical to detect sandwich assay shows suitable gain importantly, good response time. sensor can concentrations low micromolar scales desirable stability under optimum conditions. Furthermore, analog nucleotides including GTP, UTP CTP, do not show serious interferences this readily detects its target complex media such human blood plasma.
