摘要: gamma delta T cells are known to localize preferentially in the epithelial regions and hepatic sinusoids, exhibit highly restricted V gene usage depending on their location. In present study, mice were further characterized terms of expression interleukin-2 receptor beta-chain (IL-2R beta), CD4 CD8, CD8 alpha beta. This experiment was arranged investigate whether have different properties organs how from extrathymic beta cells, i.e. liver intraepithelial lymphocytes intestine, above phenotypes. Three-colour immunofluorescence tests using monoclonal antibodies revealed that can be classified into three groups: type all IL-2R beta+, comprised double-negative (DN) CD8-CD4- single-positive CD8+ (no CD4+) express alpha+ beta-; thymus a mixture beta+ beta-, mainly DN, if they carry antigens; intestine also or CD8+, beta-. spleen normal type, while athymic nude seem type. All these resemble those rather than regular thymic origin. The results reveal other many common as primitive phylogenetic development.
