摘要: Background:  No clear consensus has been reached yet on how best to characterize children who suffer from pediatric bipolar disorder (PBD). The CBCL-PBD profile the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) consistently reported showing deviant findings Attention Problems, Aggressive Behavior, and Anxious-Depressed subscales. Aim:  To examine sensitivity specificity of proposed for determining DSM diagnosis PBD. Methods:  We applied receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis data 471 probands two family studies attention-deficit hyperactivity their 410 siblings. Results:  score demonstrated an area under (AUC) 0.97 0.82 siblings current PBD, suggesting that provided a highly efficient way identifying subjects with PBD in this sample. Conclusions:  These suggest may provide screening childhood disorder.
