摘要: Improved methods for rearing and screening large numbers of flies permitted the recovery 10 mutations exhibiting a reversible temperature-dependent adult paralysis among 1.1×106 tested. Of mutations, two were allelic to parats, two alleles in new locus, stoned (stn), six fell into third area, shibire (shi) locus. Several shi cause embryonic, larval at 29° C as well structural anomalies various tissues. In addition ts several non-conditional affecting movement recovered.
