摘要: We report the case of a 63-year-old woman with adenoid cystic carcinoma lower trachea treated by resection 11 18 cartilaginous rings (61 %) total length. The little remaining membranous portion carina was sewn up to create margin for anastomosis. anastomotic sites could be approximated mobilization cervical and left main bronchus, pulling across traction sutures, anteflexion neck. patient’s postoperative course uneventful without any complications associated Because both proximal distal margins showed microscopic tumors, radiation therapy performed 50 Gy 2 months after surgery. patient has good social life recurrence 20 months
