摘要: Background The uptake of sulphur-containing compounds plays a pivotal role in the physiology bacteria that live aerobic soils where organosulfur such as sulphonates and sulphate esters represent more than 95% available sulphur. Until now, no information has been on by bacterial plant pathogens, particularly those Xanthomonas genus, which encompasses several pathogenic species. In present study, we characterised alkanesulphonate system (Ssu) axonopodis pv. citri 306 strain (X. citri), etiological agent citrus canker.
