摘要: An interparietal hernia is defined as a in which the hernial sac lies between tissue layers comprising abdominal wall. A strangulated inguinal without an external bulge rare cause of acute abdomen and difficult to diagnose preoperatively. We report patient with history right who presented pain bulging. (preperitoneal) was diagnosed treated by laparoscopic reduction transabdominal preperitoneal repair. This first case managed entirely laparoscopically. Although approach not considered standard treatment for intestinal obstruction, it may be worth considering, especially patients uncertain etiology, because its decreased invasiveness compared open exploration.
