摘要: The levels of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-α) expression in culture peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) the plasma IL-6 TNF-α patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) were measured relationship between OSAS or studied. Both detected by using ELISA 22 16 normal controls. LPS-induced (787.82±151.97 pg/ml) (4165.45±1501.43 supernatant PBMC level (50.67±4.70 (299.09±43.57 significantly higher than those controls (in PBMC: 562.69±197.54 pg/ml 1596.25±403.08 respectively; plasma; 12.69±2.75 101.88±21.27 respectively). There positive correlation percentage time hyponea, as well spending at SaO2 below 90 % total time. It was concluded that up-regulated, which may be associated pathogenesis OSAS.
