摘要: The primary objective of a Medium Access Control (MAC) layer in Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs) is reliable and rapid broadcast safety messages. Fast mobility vehicles, hidden terminal problem, reliability, congestion control channel are challenging issues VANETs. This paper proposes an R-ALOHA-based access mechanism that renders capable failure detection while at the same time maintaining control. proposal employs combination CSMA TDMA techniques to mitigate problem combat fast vehicles Performance comparison preexisting protocols proposed protocol — both analytical simulation also provided. Simulation results validate models demonstrate significantly improved reliability increased assignment speed manage vehicles.
