摘要: The present work was conducted to manufacture fortified bread with turmeric and some plant seeds suitable for diabetes study the effect of fenugreek, flaxseed pumpkin on glucose lipids profile in serum diabetic rats. Two main experimental groups were established: Group 1 (n = 6 rats) used as a negative control group fed diet containing 300 g unfortified bread. 2 (60 rats): injected alloxan (150 mg/kg body weight) induce hyperglycemia basal diet, then this divided into ten subgroups (6 rats each). Subgroup (1) (as positive group). Subgroups (2) (1.5%) turmeric. from (3 -10) diets 5% 15% (fenugreek, flaxseed, combination all seeds), respectively. Injected caused significant decrease food intake, BWG %, HDL-c, while mean values glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-c, VLDL-c, heart weight / % increased significantly group, compared group. Treated these improved parameters, especially (15%).
