Performance evaluation for network systems

摘要: Network systems are composed of a set processes operating interdependently. In evaluating the performance whole system, operations component must be taken into consideration. Several models have been developed in literature, which, slacks-based measure (SBM) approach has attracted much attention for its ability to provide suitable efficiency measures. This paper develops general SBM model network systems, and is able decompose system weighted average efficiencies processes. An example shows that stronger discriminating power than conventional one. The decomposition helps identify key factors improve unit.
