摘要: Improvement of both solution and vapor-phase synthetic techniques for nanoscale ferroelectrics has fueled progress in fundamental understanding the polar phase at reduced dimensions, this physical insight pushed boundaries ferroelectric stability polarization switching to sub-10 nm dimensions. The development characterization new nanomaterials opened avenues toward future nonvolatile memories, devices energy storage conversion, biosensors, many other applications.
