摘要: Abstract The role of porosity on the low and high field dielectric properties was studied in Ba 0.70 Sr 0.30 TiO 3 ceramics with various levels obtained by using lamellar graphite as sacrificial template. permittivity decreases increasing porosity, from around e ∼ 7690 (dense ceramic) down to 380 (ceramic 29% porosity), while preserving Curie temperature at about 35 °C. effective discussed Effective Medium Approximation Finite Element Method approaches. specific microstructural characteristics induced pore forming addition, closed (0–3) towards a combined (0–3, 2–2) lamellar-type microstructures for most porous taken into consideration. All investigated preserve level tunability dense material, irrespective level, zero decreased few hundreds.
