摘要: A wastewater treatment plant controls the level of pollution reaching environment. Yet, despite being most common aerobic route for wastewater, activated sludge process is not utilized to its full potential. This mainly due lack knowledge base correlating microbial community in degradative performance. In this study, biomass at site was monitored five consecutive months. Even though operational parameters were kept constant, observed change after 3 shift seen correlate with 25 % loss efficiency. Target oxygenases two time points, and results indicated that dominating pathway operating effluent (CETP) degradation chlorinated aromatics. study demonstrates efficiency a CETP analyzes influencing sludge.
