摘要: Producing safe food, all the time, must be a foundational goal for any individual or corporation in business of making food. It is critical to understand risks associated with food and take actions mitigate those risks. Food safety management systems (FSMSs) include multiple, interrelated elements help ensure that are mitigated an acceptable level. Good manufacturing practices hazard analysis control point (HACCP) programs key FSMS, but there other based policy culture also important. A robust FSMS effectively implemented, continuously monitored, verified, subject continuous improvement essential success manufacturers.
