摘要: The magnetic phase diagrams of Fe/Mn/Fe trilayers with the noncollinear interlayer coupling in form proximity magnetism model were theoretically studied. C+–C− diagram remanent magnetization state predicts very rich spin configurations. H–C+ and H–C− show that configurations depend strongly on external field, anisotropy Fe layers, coefficients C+ C−. Our experimental results support based model.
