摘要: Abstract To map the initiation site of fibroin gene transcription on cloned genomic DNA (pFb29), we looked for precursors mRNA, first by applying hybridization mapping method to RNA from posterior silk gland Bombyx mori. The 6.2-kilobase (kb) fragment used assay, 5.7 kb upstream 0.5 downstream cap site, was end-labeled at Xho I (position +514) within intervening sequence gene. By analyzing labeled protected nuclease S1 treatment, have shown that is transcribed together with surrounding sequences in (producer) but not middle (nonproducer).
