Profile of Human TERT and P73 in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cell Lines Compared to Normal Human Oral Mucosa: a Preliminary Study

摘要: Genetic alteration on p53 allows cellular immortalization and predisposes cells to neoplastic transformation. This is related telomere length maintenance by telomerase. Human TERT a key compo-nent of telomerase, which activity suppressed p53. The p73, the homolog p53, has similar ability in tumor suppression. P73 expressed at different level various cancer normal tissues. Profile human mutant OSCC cell line oral mucosa have not been known. Objective: To observe profile lines mucosa. Methods: extracted protein HSC-3 HSC-4 mucosal tissues were ana-lyzed with SDS PAGE detect p73 expression based molecular weight. Results: showed thicker band density compared its HSC-4. Only 50% tissue thick density. was clearly shown but Conclusion: Different might be cell-type specific influenced status Analy-sis role these cancers need further research determine possible substitution for function.
