摘要: This study aimed to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) during 2008-14 in Wenzhou, China. The data HFMD retrieved from Wenzhou Center for Disease Control Prevention were retrospectively analyzed. infections with enterovirus 71 (EV71), Cox A16 or other pathogens further verified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) real-time PCR. A total 213 617 cases reported between 2008 2014 Wenzhou. average incidence was 384.31 100 000, fatality rate 0.14‰. peaked April July, it occurred more frequently males than females. Approximately 92.68% patients children aged <5 years. Nearly 80% diagnosed within 2 days after onset. major pathogen EV71. suggested that appropriate comprehensive prevention control measures should be taken avoid spread HFMD.
