摘要: Abstract Over the past few years a novel class of antiviral agents, neuraminidase inhibitors, has been found to be safe and effective in prevention treatment influenza. Previously available M2 inhibitors amantadine rimantadine, could only used treat influenza A infections resistance develops rapidly. Zanamivir (Relenza®) oseltamivir (Tamiflu™), two clinically are for treating both B adults children have also shown reduce frequency antibiotic-requiring complications infections. Inhaled zanamivir benefit acute with mild moderate underlying asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Studies needed examine use these alone combination ribavirin, management severe hospitalized patients immunocompromised hosts. address other groups at increased risk complications, such as pregnant women below one year age.
