摘要: Traumatic anterior dislocation of the hip is an extremely rare condition in children and open even rarer. This isusually caused by high-energy trauma. In current study, we present a case eight-year-old child suffering from anterior-inferior right concomitant with pelvic ring disruption ipsilateral distal femoral fracture (Salter-Harris type 4, Gustilo IIIA) traffic accident. The patient underwent successful emergent reduction due to buttonholed head after appropriate irrigation debridement. Successful recovery was achieved discharged two weeks. After nine months follow-up, X-ray images showed slight changes related osteonecrosis head. Long-term follow-up over period six years sufficient range motion. patient's gait normal he satisfied outcome. addition, non-progressive osteonecrotic were obvious hip.
