摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding and highly conserved RNAs that act in biological processes including cell proliferation, invasion, apoptosis, metabolism, signal transduction, tumorigenesis. The previously identified miRNA-326 (miR-326) has been reported to participate cellular tumor growth, embryonic development, immunomodulation, chemotherapy resistance, oncogenesis. This review presents a detailed overview of what is known about the effects miR-326 on metastasis, drug its involvement signaling pathways.
