摘要: Epidemiological case definition of Kawasaki disease (KD) by the American Heart Association requires presence fever and four following: eye signs, oral mucosal changes, skin rashes, limb edema, unilateral cervical lymphadenopathy. Incomplete KD is a well-known entity where there lack some mucocutaneous features, this occurs more often in infants. We report 5-year-old boy with giant coronary aneurysms, who presented only complete manifestations at presentation.
