摘要: Large amounts of poultry products are consumed throughout the world. It is estimated that 38 000 metric tonnes produced annually. In United States and EU countries, 70–80% production chickens 19% turkeys (Anonymous, 1993). Other (ducks, geese, Cornish game hens, guinea fowl, peacocks, pigeons) also in large numbers certain regions.
