摘要: Transition from a Townsend mode to normal glow has been reported in the literature for uniform dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) at atmospheric pressure. In this paper, through one-dimensional fluid model, more modes of DBD helium and transitions between them are found with varying rising time saw-tooth voltage. The results indicate that positive initiates positive-slope voltage phase, whose pulse duration decreases, while peak value increases decreasing time. During process, negative initiating negative-slope phase keeps weakening almost zero current. predominant is then investigated analyzing spatial distributions electron density, ion electric field current moment. combination voltage-current curve, revealed transit Townsend, glow, an abnormal These qualitatively explained by gap density averaged just before initiation. also suggest reducing or increasing amplitude, prone operate mode. Moreover, amplitude. Finally, critical amplitude given as function glow.Transition These...
