摘要: We report a dural arteriovenous fistula (AVF) that developed at site on the midline dorsal surface of dura mater had been damaged by repeated lumbar punctures. A 61-year-old male patient undergone punctures and discectomy for severe lumbago 40 years before present admission. After surgery, symptoms resolved. However, 30 after operation, he started to experience dysaesthesia, motor weakness in both legs, urinary disturbance.
