摘要: In the current study, different protein expression profiles in a strain Brevundimonas sp. ZF12, isolated from aqueous zone containing high levels of radiation, were characterized following exposure to cadmium (II) using proteomic strategy. order gain deeper understanding cellular events that allow this survive and undergo adaptation sorption, was tested under three experimental conditions 5, 10 30 ppm ions stress. Two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis mass spectrometry used identify differentially expressed proteins 20 spots successfully identified by MS/MS analysis. These are involved DNA repair protection, amino acid metabolism, nucleotide energy homeostasis, oxidative stress response, redox folding heat-shock response. The results obviously indicate ZF12 tends endure modification many aspects its physiology metabolism.
