摘要: A structural frame for a building includes first members and second members, with discontinuous elastic zone at locations where the are coupled through which load passes therebetween. Discontinuous connections couple configured to provide elasticity in dampen effects of transient loads on frame. Each connection faying surfaces opposing each other, fastening devices secure respective compression element positioned device act combination regulate movement relative thus behavior resulting from applied by sides zone.
