摘要: Conidiophore morphogenesis in Aspergillus nidulans occurs response to developmental signals that result the activation of brlA, a well-characterized gene encodes transcription factor is central asexual development. We describe here two new loci, designated sfdA sfdB for suppressors flbD, bypass requirement sfd mutant alleles were found restore timing deletions. In addition, suppress defects harboring loss-of-function fluG, flbA, flbB, flbC, flbE. All are recessive their wild-type diploids. Strains otherwise developmentally backgrounds phenotypes develop conidiophores submerged cultures.
