摘要: The degradation of organic matter in coloured solutions different classes dyes by ozonation the presence activated carbon is investigated. kinetics decolourisation and mineralisation three (CI Acid Blue 113, CI Reactive Red 241 Basic 14) were studied a laboratory scale reactor processes: adsorption on carbon, oxidation with ozone carbon. was followed measuring total (TOC). Under experimental conditions used this work, not capable completely removing colour reasonable time. On other hand, quickly decolourised all solutions, but satisfactory removal TOC never achieved process. combination enhanced especially matter. Activated acts both as an adsorbent catalyst reaction ozonation. surface chemistry important parameter; it observed that basic samples improve removal. main conclusions work validated treating real textile effluent collected after conventional biological treatment.
