摘要: SUMMARY Brucellosis, a disease caused by the intracellular facultative bacteria Brucella abortus , is widely distributed zoonosis throughoutthe world, affecting mainly cattle and causing sterility in males abortion pregnant females. Protection against B. relieson activation of cellular immunity involving lymphocytes T CD4 + subset Th1, secreting gamma-interferon (γ-INF), cytokinestimulatings macrophage bactericidal activity cytotoxic TCD8 which are able to lyse infectedcells. The main antigenic components lipopolysaccharide (LPS) proteins, especially superoxide dismutase (SOD)with demonstrated immune potential. Brucellosis spreading prevented with vaccines using attenuated or inactivated strains B.abortus such as 19, 45/20 RB51. On other hand, several investigators making efforts obtain usingantigenic structures subcellular recently, genetic based on DNA RNA molecules. aimof this review give current overview about brucellosis, its pathogenicity clinical syndrome. Firstly, an analysis thegenetic, characteristics
