摘要: The magnetic properties of magnetosome magnetite are interdisciplinary interest because magnetosomes potential carriers natural remanent magnetization and paleoenvironment, as well novel nano-biomaterials in biotechnological biomedical applications. We carried out electron transmission microscopy analyses fresh Magnetospirillum magneticum AMB-1 whole cells isolated magnetosomes. Results revealed that synthesized single-domain magnetosomes, which arranged the form linear fragmental chain. distinct differences between these two samples can be faithfully interpreted terms spatial arrangement magnetostatic interaction. For cells, strong intra-chain interactions weak inter-chain generate behaviors non-interacting uniaxial particles. Its δ-ratio is 3.0 passes Moskowitz test. In contrast, sample has reduced values coercivity (1.5), due to increasing three-dimensional collapse chains. These observations provide useful insights into applications biogenic (magnetosomes) nano-materials magnetofossils paleomagnetic environmental magnetism.
