摘要: The aim of the study was to compare views health care professionals and patients on quality in Greek public hospitals. Traditionally measured using only professional standards. However, this authors tried measure also patients' welfare, taking into account expected gains losses during process care. conducted hospitalized N=313 N=278 nurses doctors three hospitals Attica. Data collection with use two structured anonymous questionnaires. Main findings showed great satisfaction from provided expressed both especially relation information concerning their status, pain assessment consent requested for treatment procedures. Both groups were dissatisfied by social psychological needs possibility expressing or dissatisfaction
