摘要: A time-resolved, phase-sensitive second harmonic generation (SHG) method to probe the excited state dynamics of interfacial species is presented. It based on an interference measurement between SHG from a sample and local oscillator generated at reference surface in which entire pattern recorded single shot by using spatially varying phase unit comprised pair wedges that sandwich sample. In combination with 30 kHz modulation experiment, shot-to-shot pump-probe measurements are The technique characterised measuring time-resolved change amplitude due dye malachite green air/water interface. key attributes its excellent stability sensitivity, relatively short data acquisition times.
