摘要: The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Imaging Program organized two related workshops on June 26-27, 2013, entitled "Correlating Phenotypes with Genomics Signatures Research" and "Scalable Computational Resources as Required for Imaging-Genomics Decision Support Systems." first workshop focused clinical scientific requirements, exploring our knowledge of phenotypic characteristics cancer biological properties to determine whether the field is sufficiently advanced correlate imaging phenotypes that underpin genomics outcomes, new methods extract features from medical images relate them analyses. second computational explore informatics requirements analyses improve accessibility speed dissemination existing NIH resources. These linked currently known genotypic biology outcomes. group generated a set recommendations NCI leadership research community encourage support development emerging radiogenomics address short-and longer-term goals in research.
