摘要: The IPTV subscription rate has increased steadily since the introduction of Video on Demand (VoD) services. We have developed a model to determine optimum deployment strategy for delivery network from service providers' perspective. analysis technique in this paper helps us best scenarios support certain number customers within tolerant boundary Quality Experience (QoE) measures. define important QoE will help providers make decisions including servers, distance servers community, and desirable access bandwidth capacity.
